By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services Offered
RADDY ANNNA offers the following services at our :
- Permanent Tattoos: Custom-designed permanent tattoos in various styles including fine line, floral, minimal, script, geometric, and cover-ups.
- Mehndi (Henna): Bridal mehndi, Arabic-style mehndi, festival and party mehndi, and custom henna designs.
- Beauty Parlor Services: Facials, threading, waxing, hair styling, bridal makeup, party makeup, and skincare treatments.
All services are provided exclusively for women in a private, comfortable environment.
3. Appointments and Bookings
- Appointments can be booked through our website booking form, WhatsApp, phone, or in person at the .
- A booking request is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation message from our team via WhatsApp or phone.
- For tattoo services, a consultation is included before the session to discuss design, placement, and expectations.
- Bridal mehndi and bridal makeup should be booked at least 2 weeks in advance.
- Walk-ins are welcome for most beauty services, subject to availability.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee at our discretion.
- For bridal bookings, cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may result in forfeiture of any advance deposit paid.
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative date.
5. Pricing and Payment
- All prices displayed on our website and at the are approximate and may vary based on the complexity, size, and duration of the service.
- All prices are approximate. Final pricing will be confirmed during consultation.
- A detailed quote will be provided during your consultation or before the service begins.
- Payment is accepted via cash, UPI, and bank transfer. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
- For large tattoo projects or bridal packages, an advance deposit may be required at the time of booking.
6. Health and Safety
- We follow careful hygiene protocols. All tattoo needles and tubes are single-use and disposable. Reusable equipment is sterilized in an autoclave.
- You must inform your artist of any medical conditions, skin allergies, medications, or pregnancy before the service.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may pose a health risk to you.
- Tattooing involves inherent risks including but not limited to allergic reactions, infection, and scarring. By proceeding with a tattoo, you acknowledge these risks.
- We use natural henna paste for mehndi services. If you have known allergies to henna, please inform us beforehand.
7. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to receive tattoo services. Valid government-issued photo ID may be requested for age verification. Mehndi and beauty services are available to all ages with parental consent for minors under 16.
8. Aftercare Responsibility
We provide detailed aftercare instructions for tattoo and mehndi services. Following these instructions is your responsibility. We are not liable for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare guidelines, exposure to unsanitary conditions, or pre-existing medical conditions.
9. Results and Satisfaction
While we strive to deliver quality work, individual results may vary based on skin type, placement, aftercare, and other factors. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. If you are not satisfied with the result, please contact us within 7 days and we will discuss possible remedies on a case-by-case basis.
10. Intellectual Property
All custom designs created by our artists are the intellectual property of RADDY ANNNA . We may photograph completed work for our portfolio and social media with your consent. You may request that your images not be used publicly.
11. Liability Limitation
RADDY ANNNA shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mysore.
