Return & Exchange Policy

1. Nature of Our Services

RADDY ANNNA provides in-person services only, including:

• Custom permanent tattoos
• Mehndi (henna) art for weddings, festivals, and other occasions
• Beauty treatments such as facials, threading, waxing, hair styling, and bridal makeup

Since these are personal services performed on your body, they cannot be "returned" or "exchanged" in the traditional sense. However, we are committed to addressing your concerns fairly.

2. Tattoo Services

Tattoos are permanent by nature. Once a tattoo is applied to your skin, it cannot be undone, returned, or exchanged. Before any tattoo session:

• We discuss the design, placement, and size with you in detail
• We show you the stencil or design sketch for your approval before starting
• You must provide written consent before the tattoo session begins
• We encourage you to take your time reviewing the design — there is no pressure to proceed

If you are not satisfied with the design during the consultation stage (before the tattoo is applied), you may request changes or cancel the appointment. Cancellation terms are outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

3. Mehndi (Henna) Services

Mehndi is a temporary art form that naturally fades over 1 to 3 weeks. Since mehndi is applied directly to the skin:

• Returns or exchanges are not applicable
• The final color and longevity of mehndi depend on factors such as skin type, body temperature, and aftercare — results may vary from person to person
• We use natural, skin-friendly henna paste; however, we recommend a patch test if you have sensitive skin

If you have concerns about the mehndi design during the application process, please let our artist know immediately so adjustments can be made.

4. Beauty Services

Beauty services (facials, threading, waxing, hair styling, makeup) are performed in real-time and cannot be returned or exchanged. However:

• If you experience any discomfort during a treatment, please inform our staff immediately
• If you are unhappy with a beauty service result, please let us know within 24 hours of your visit so we can discuss how to address your concern
• We may offer a complimentary follow-up session or adjustment at our discretion, depending on the nature of the concern

5. Appointment Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment:

• Please inform us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund of any advance payment
• No-shows (failing to arrive without prior notice) are not eligible for refunds

6. Advance Payments & Deposits

For certain services (such as bridal mehndi or large tattoo projects), we may require an advance deposit to confirm your booking. Regarding deposits:

• Deposits are generally non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment
• If RADDY ANNNA cancels or reschedules your appointment, your deposit will be fully refunded or applied to the rescheduled date
• Deposit amounts and terms will be communicated to you clearly before you make any payment

8. No Online Sales or E-Commerce

RADDY ANNNA does not operate an online store. We do not sell products, gift cards, or vouchers online. All transactions happen in person at our . Therefore, traditional e-commerce return and exchange policies do not apply to our business.
